This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour security. I'll never forget when the staff helped me with plug adaptors during my first stay. I highly recommend staying here, especially for the delicious breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas!

My experience was utterly disappointing and frustrating. The air conditioning in my first room was non-existent, leaving me to swelter in unbearable heat. When I asked for towels, I was repeatedly told they were being washed, yet none were provided. I had to manage without. The condition of the bedding and overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with worn-out towels and unruly decor making it hard to enjoy my stay.

This place was just a good match for taking strolls in Mexico City with incredible value for money. The staff was really nice and helped me with directions to nearby attractions. If you can, try to book a room on a higher floor for some quiet.

The Standard King Room was decent, but the air conditioning was a bit underwhelming. It struggled to cool the room effectively. The bedding was good quality, though, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the space. The breakfast was a highlight with a tasty selection, but I definitely was hoping for a cooler room during my stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Residence L' Heritage Hipolito Taine By Bluebay. The attentive staff was exceptionally friendly, and the lovely rooftop breakfast was a delight. I also appreciated the beautiful French-style decor throughout the hotel.

Super Cozy with Amazing Breakfast!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The staff was super friendly, especially Alma, who whipped up delish breakfasts every morning! The location is pretty chill too, close to parks and shops. However, the air conditioning wasn’t that great. it struggled to cool the room. Still, overall, a comfy spot to relax.

The security guard was excellent and. One night we needed to change rooms, and the front desk guy was quick and helpful about it. Just what you need after a long day.

the air conditioning wasn’t effective (it was outside the bedroom! ). but the breakfast is delicious and the friendly cooker makes great omelets. the security staff is really helpful too. overall, a nice place for a short stay.
